Floral Rentals

Rental arrangements remain the property of Montgomery Floral. Clients are responsible for the care of rental items during the event period. Damage, loss, or unreturned items may result in additional charges at replacement value.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and event timeline. Please contact us directly for cancellation requests. Custom floral design deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

Delivery and Setup

Delivery and setup services are available within our service areas across Texas. Delivery fees are determined by location, event size, and setup requirements. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue access information.

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Montgomery Floral and may not be reproduced without permission. Event photography featuring our arrangements may be shared with credit.

Limitation of Liability

Montgomery Floral is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or supply chain disruptions. We will always communicate promptly and work to find suitable alternatives.
